R. Cooke Homes, Inc. was established in the early 1990s when president Randy Cooke decided to continue a 25-year family tradition in the home building business. Randy is a licensed mechanical journeyman and has been in construction since 1977 where he worked for his father, Larry Cooke, in his prior corporation. He also assisted Larry in residential construction for 15 years before he branched off on his own. He knows first hand about the construction industry and he is present on the job site to supervise every step, from start to finish. Randy has operated under the banner of  R. Cooke Homes, Inc.  for the past 15 years, building mainly in the South Tulsa, Jenks, and Bixby areas.

R. Cooke Homes, Inc. offers more than just standard features in each home, including 25 year exterior paint, crown molding in the entry and living room, upgraded custom cabinets, upgraded landscaping, and much, much more.

Randy and his wife, Carolyn, grew up in the Tulsa metro area and have been married for 28 years. Their only son, Robert, is a graduate of OSU with a degree in Marketing. Robert is also following the family tradition as foreman and advertising consultant for the company. Carolyn owns a partnership in Stumpff/Cooke Insurance Agency in Bixby.

Randy is currently a member of the Home Builders Association of Greater Tulsa and participates in the Parade of Homes.
